Headhunted by blue-chip giants like Mitsubishi and Tyco, Paul revitalized struggling divisions with Japanese manufacturing methods, streamlined management, and enhanced quality and finances - leading operations for the UK and Europe. Alongside his corporate success, Paul delved into trading in 1998, developing his own systems and mastering institutional trading.

In 2010, he founded UK Trading Academy (UKTA), bridging his industrial expertise with financial acumen. In a milestone achievement, UKTA is now an accredited Masters Degree educator in financial trading alongside the top universities, and is the only private institution worldwide to hold this status. UKTA has taught over 150,000 students to date.

Since 2020, Paul has headlined conferences in 17 countries and 22 cities around the world, sharing his expertise on financial trading. He was the lead author for Finance Magnates during the Swiss Franc debacle giving insider information on the collapse of Alpari and many other brokers around the world.

Paul's network includes top broker owners, fund managers, and financial luminaries. Currently, he oversees substantial funds with a major international company.
